OUR Summer Experience Application Form (2025)

Complete this application form to join the Office of Undergraduate Research's OUR Summer Experience program! Students in the program will spend 8 weeks working full-time with a research mentor and participating in professionalization and networking programming, including three mandatory presentations. The program dates for summer 2025 are June 2 - July 25.

This program is intended to assist students who have not yet had a meaningful research experience at Indiana University. Students who have been working in a lab for more than three months are ineligible for the 2025 program.

A limited number of scholarships ($4,000) are available to support participation in the program - the application is at the bottom of this form. (Please note that any scholarships awarded will be disbursed in early July.)

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until April 30.
